Vị trí: International Freight Service (IFS – Client Service)
1. Handle International Freight Service nomination account (75%)
- Execute established processes and audit measures to support and meet customers’ requirements at the agreed level.
- Execute and adhere to customers service requirements from LPs/FAPs to Bookings, Cargo movement, Data Transmission, Invoicing.
- Problem resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Customer Service Team Lead / Supervisor when there is potential cost impact.
- Continuously identify service gaps, make recommendations, and implement solutions to enhance greater customers satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
- Work closely with overseas KAM/ Product team to support them in current biz and new biz.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with service providers: carriers, trucking companies, vendors, etc.
- Involve in Process Improvement
2. Upselling – freehand local accounts (25%)
- Support and develop Vendor Logistics Program with the aim of deepening business relationships and securing new businesses.
• University graduation
• Having minimum 3-year-working experience in International Freight Forwarding
• Having good knowledge of Vietnam logistics landscapes is an advantage.
• Good at communication in Vietnamese and English
• Good at Problem Solving
• Good at Excel, Word, PPT
